1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made on the same day of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order receipt) is required.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or store credit.

  • The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless the mistake is on our end.

3. Exchange Terms

  • Customers must cover the shipping cost for sending the item back.

  • If the exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer a similar item, store credit, or an alternative product.
