At Bilal Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.

  • The request must be made on the same day of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling.

  • Sale or discounted items.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Inform us on the same day via Email: bilaljewelry1@gmail.com or Phone/WhatsApp: +92 313 625 2115 with order details and issue description.

  2. Provide Proof: Share clear photos/videos of the product showing the defect or issue.

  3. Return the Product: If approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 5 days to the following address:
    Bilal Jewelry, Sangham Plaza, Naya Bazar, Kharian

  4. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund accordingly.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only if an exchange is not possible.

  • The refund will be processed via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit. (Cash refunds for COD orders are not available).

  • Processing time for refunds is 7-10 business days after the return is received and approved.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
