  • We currently only ship within Pakistan.

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Major Cities: 2-3 business days

    • Remote Areas: 4-5 business days

  • Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping charges apply across Pakistan, regardless of the location.

  • The shipping fee will be informed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

  • Customers must pay the full amount to the delivery rider before opening the package.

  • If a customer refuses to accept an order upon delivery, they may be restricted from placing future orders.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number or delivery update via WhatsApp or email.

  • You can contact us if you need help tracking your order.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us for assistance.

  • If a package is lost due to an issue with the courier, we will coordinate with the service provider to resolve the matter.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it on the same day of delivery.

  • You can request an exchange or refund by following our Exchange Policy.
