3. Order & Payment Policy

  • Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, phone, email, or social media platforms.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for customers in Pakistan.

  • Customers must provide accurate contact details and address to avoid delivery issues.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across Pakistan only.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Major Cities: 2-3 business days

    • Remote Areas: 4-5 business days

  • Customers must pay the full COD amount before opening the package.

  • Shipping charges apply uniformly across Pakistan and will be communicated at checkout.

  • If an order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Bilal Jewelry will not be liable for any compensation.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Customers must report issues on the same day of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • The customer will bear all return shipping costs, except in cases where the mistake is on our end.

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit (COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds).

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • If a customer refuses to accept a COD order, they may be restricted from placing future orders.
